Pisa...not only the tower
The fame of Pisa, has always been linked to the famous Tower, which has become an Italian symbol in the world. This, from one side, has made Pisa known, but on the other hand has literally "crushed" Pisa under the bulky monument, making little known and neglected all the other beauties that the city can have.
If of course, those who discover Pisa, can't forget to visit the Piazza del Duomo (or Field of Miracles), and see the well-known monument (being amazed from the white tower), going in the historic center you will be impressed by the number of churches that our city hosts: and they are of every era and structure. The oldest church has a unique feature: they are decorated on the outer walls by ceramic basins of Islamic workmanship.
Then after a long walk, lay in some restaurant having a pizza or a coffee is another thing to enjoy in Pisa!!!
