Maximum Risk that kills

I was startled yesterday when I saw people on a cliff of a mountain querying with just manual equipment hammer, digger and chisel standing on dangerous point, people can do all sorts of things in other to make ends meet, but life is more precious than all this, what if they fall off from the cliff, is death. Life is precious, the risk is far more than the pay.
