Salad "Mushroom Glade" or "Forest Glade" is a tasty, elegant and festive dish. And it is prepared quite easily, and the result is always spectacularly beautiful. And on the table, no matter how many other dishes, such a masterpiece is sure to attract attention! At first - a beautiful feed, and then already with taste qualities.

Preparing a salad "Mushroom Glade" with pickled mushrooms - mushrooms, mushrooms, butter mushrooms or other mushrooms that are small and look appetizing. Do not take any mushrooms of different sizes, the species will not be the same.

You can draw a "glade" in several ways. If you cook for a holiday, for example, for the New Year, then you can lay out layers in a deep salad bowl or use a large split-shaped form. And if you do it for two, then you can cook as in this recipe.

There is another interesting design option, but it is a little more complicated: lay layers in deep enameled dishes (which must first be oiled with vegetable oil) in the reverse order, and the first layer should be mushrooms with greens. And then turn over and put the salad on a flat dish. This option is good to do when on your "glade" grow pickled mushrooms - they are the most end-sparse and hard from all the mushrooms, that's why they are used in the case of a changeover salad.

In all other cases, just spread the salad, and then decorate with pickled mushrooms and greens.

Ingredients:

Carrots - 1 large
Cucumber salted - 1 large
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Mustard in beans - 1 teaspoon
Fresh cucumber - 1 piece.
Canned peas - 200 g
Green onions - small bunch
Mushrooms - 100 g
