A lovely shot! We now also have a new tunnel here in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a new speed train called "Gautrain", but we have not taken a ride on it yet! I will remember your photo whenever we get a chance. Blessings!

It is just a Samsung Note 9 camera phone. It is not an effect. This is the tunnel at Detroit Metro Airport. It is a connection between two different concourses. It is similar to O'Hare airport, where there are some other light features. If I remember correctly, there are neon lights there.
So colorfull! Very intriguing. What's creating those colors?
It was very colorful. Various shades of red, green, blue, and yellow.
reading trough the comments I see this question was already answered --> neon lights :-)
The lights are actually behind a translucent wall, so I'm not sure how they achieved the colors, but my guess is neon lights. I think they blended the colors by adjusting the brightness of different colored lights.
