#172 Red | 红
What's up fellow Steemians! Today I'm sharing a photo I took in Seville, Spain. It's my entry to @lightcaptured's #travelphotocontest themed PEOPLE IN THE CITY. The contest requires us to create a post with only one original photo work. So here it is:
It was a windy winter day. I was walking to the riverside, and looked at the iconic monument - Torre del Oro (the Tower of Gold) at the other side of the street. It is a defensive watchtower erected by the Almohad Caliphate in order to control access to Seville via the Guadalquivir river. Dating back from the 13th century, the tower served as a prison during the Middle Ages. And now it's open to public as a Maritime Museum.
All of a sudden, a red bus came into my sight, and at the same time, a woman in red was running towards the opposite direction of the bus. It looked like a movie scene to me, so I captured this moment. What do you think of this shot? Tell me in the comments please. =)
I love street photography, and I'd like to share more photos of this amazing city of Andalusia and its people, but to stick to the contest rule, I will wait till next time. :) Here are some images of people in the city on New Year's Eve that I posted a few days ago:
大家好~ 今天分享的是我在西班牙南部安达卢西亚地区的古城塞维利亚街头抓拍的一张照片。用来参加@lightcaptured的旅行摄影活动 — “城市中的人”。我很喜欢这个主题，城市中的人和美妙的大自然一样吸引我，都充满着探索的乐趣~。
那是一个冷风呼啸的冬日，天空阴沉，片片乌云笼罩着一座座蜜色的古老建筑。城里的好多棕榈树都被刮成爱因斯坦头。我正朝着河边走，望向马路对面那座有名的地标 — 黄金塔。这是13世纪建起来的防御瞭望塔，处于沿河的要塞位置。中世纪时曾经用作监狱，而如今作为海事博物馆向公众开放。
正看着，突然间，一辆红色的公交巴士驶入眼帘，同时，从反方向跑过来一枚红衣红帽拎着红包的时髦女纸，不知道她是不是要去赶那趟公交。这景象简直像是电影中的一幕，说时迟那时快，我便咔嚓下了这个瞬间。🙂
不知你是否跟我一样，从《塞维利亚的理发师》知道了这座西班牙的古城，非常迷人的地方，还有很多影像想分享，但是这个活动要求只能发一张照片，那我就等以后吧~ :)

It really does look like a movie scene, what a great capture. In seeing this I would like to go out and do some more street photography.
