📷Orange muffins (My version of the recipe)

Without using flour flour! I used corn and rice flour.

It was based on one of the well-known recipes, but took less than half the ingredients, and added dark chocolate.

So, for orange muffins, we need:

Orange 1/2 pc
Egg 1 pc;
Sugar 1/2 glass (slightly less + vanilla sugar if desired)
Butter - about 70 g;
Cornmeal or rice flour -1 glass (I took half the corn and rice)
baking powder (or vinegar baking soda) - 1/2 tsp;
Sour cream -1.5 tbsp. l
dark chocolate - a piece of optional 😊

Grind butter with sugar, add egg, sour cream, half an orange without zest (if you want, I think you can rub) mix, add flour (corn and rice), baking powder

_ Dough placed in molds. Decorated with a piece of dark chocolate on top and sent to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.._

Baked until ready!

No cream
