The yellow bishop, Cape bishop, Cape widow[2] or yellow-rumped widow (Euplectes capensis)
This morning I went birding in the Rietvlei Nature Reserve in Cape Town and I got this picture of a female yellow bishop, the females are not very colorful compared to the males that look completely different from the females with dark black feathers and bright yellow spots, sadly i could not get a picture of a male today.
If you like photos of nature and birds, feel free to follow me, I try to post at least two times a week and quality is very important, so you will not see me posting a blurry image or an image with bad editing and so on.
