High Jump Sport

Today I will share about my journey to one of the athletic sports at the championship of student sports weekend of Aceh province in 2018 followed by 23 districts / cities in Aceh province held in takengon city.

A high jump is an athletic sport that tests the strength and skill of jumping over a pole.

assessment of this sport by means of an athlete can obtain the highest jump when passing a bar with a specified altitude.

The high jump is done without a tool but only a jump technique when it passes over the ruler, in a high jump sporting race, the ruler will be raised altitude after the participant successfully passes the height of the ruler every athlete has a chance 3 repetition of the jump if the athlete fails to cross the ruler 3 repetitors athletes can not pass ruler with the altitude specified athlete eating is considered lost in the game.
