Tsunami Museum Building
As we know in 2004 ago, Aceh province became the center of world attention because of the earthquake and followed by a big wave called Stunami hit the province.
Disaster destroys much of the infrastructure and consumes thousands of lives.
but as the years passed, Aceh began to rise with the help of local and international donors and donors so that the province of Aceh began to recover after the disaster.
Historical evidence is still in the building Tsunami Museum which is the historical center of the earthquake and stamami waves.
If you travel and visit downtown aceh province this stunami museum building is located at Sultan Iskandar Muda Street, Sukaramai, Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province.
Not only the center of tourism, the building is also the center of education, many students and teachers who come to study and conduct research, because inside this building there is geographical information, as well as evidence of relics of some historical relics and about tsunami disasters.
The building of this museum is open every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:30 pm, for entrance fee in this building tsunami museum is not in charge (free) only we just pay for parking the vehicle only.
I also aim for some photos of the work that I share the uniqueness of the very beautiful design form of this tsunami museum building.

I remember reading / watching that on the news when the story broke. How do you feel about their implementation of Sharia law? Personally I don't think it's right; even though I am a Muslim I am against it in every way.
Look at the Grand Mosque right after the Tsunami.
It's almost eerie isn't it? How is it that every building gets reduced to rubble except that which is practically flawless?
Personal feelings & ideology aside; as an architectural photographer, would you consider taking pictures of it (good ones, not the ones that anyone can see on google images) but with the way you did the museum? Your photography skills are great :) I've always been intrigued by that Grand Mosque and thought it was very beautiful in its design & aesthetics.
How do you feel about the building? (not the religion, not the tsunami, just the building)
