To find a gem like this, surely you must travel deep into the dense rain forests of a mystical land. There just has to be dangers lurking around every corner and fierce animals guarding the paths to this treasure.

It's out the back of a brewery in Hobart, Tasmania.
Secret Falls is the least kept secret amongst Australian photographers. It is located around the back of the Cascade Brewery and a short walk from where you can park your car. I've been wondering what this little waterfall would look like now after Hobart has had torrential rain and flooding in this very region. Maybe I'll find out as I'm heading there on Wednesday to run a photography workshop in Cradle Mountain.

It looks like a rad little spot. We have a bunch of places here in Oregon that look like it would require an epic hike to get to but in reality its 10 ft from a parking spot. It always cracks me up..

Umm...it was at that time of the day that is a bit before then but a bit after now. I can't remember. Probably in the morning but my camera says 3:17pm in September. Its memory is better than mine.
