Step 1: Earn a Bachelor's Degree.(not as good as having the niche)
Step 2: Gain Planning Experience. (a ton of these is really needed).
Step 3: Obtain Certification. (to appear more professional and look certified)
Step 4: Specialize in Professional Skills. (most important of all)
