Yummy Taiwanese burger

These are Taiwanese burgers, or gua bao. The bun is a traditional bun like the char sui bao or roast pork buns you have when you go for dim sum at Chinese restaurant. Only its shaped like a folded piece of paper. I ordered a braised belly pork with preserved vegatable filling garnished with peanut crumbs and parsley. It was divine.
