Sometimes I can’t sleep...
Do you ever find yourself with a head full of so many thoughts that you just can’t get them to slow down? Do you find yourself ever wishing for slumber, but instead end up contemplating ideas within?
I do, often.
Normally my go to is to read a book, which is something I enjoy anyways.. and other nights, like tonight, even that doesn’t work.

So here I am just lying around.. letting my mind wander to far off places and interesting thoughts ... nothing more dangerous than a girl who lets her mind wander, right?
Who knows what trouble could come from that...

Well at least we have a club! Haha. Yes, imagine all the things we could accomplish if our bodies did not require sleep... actually, that might be quite dangerous. Haha.
I think those that do have late night thoughts are often those that like to let their mind run away from them, I used to try and fight it but now I just let it happen I write down the ideas and perhaps something comes of it, lol you never know where inspiration comes from

That is an excellent point and one I believe as well. So many thoughts and ideas as well as just pondering things. Wonderful idea about writing them all down, I should start doing that. Inspiration is everywhere we look after all. 🙂

Are you verified already by any chance? It is customary in steem that people like you need to verify their id by taking a selfie with a sign or similar. There is a lot of ID theft and deception in the platform and thats the reason these verifications are customary.

Thats excellent, we hereby verify you are the person in the pictures in your posts, you can show that post to anybody that questions the authenticity of the photos you post. One detail, your avatar image has a face that has a dimple in the chin, we dont see the dimple in your other photos, this is a minimal detail of small importance but in the spirit of making this verification thorough we would like to ask you whats going on with that, is the image of your avatar you?

Seems like a very odd verification process if I’m honest.. as if one account has some sort of authority over the whole blockchain..seems kind of scammy, I mean I’m half expecting for you to ask for my bank account number next with a promise of a million dollar check from an African prince 😄
I am going to assume you are trying to do a good thing here, as where any money is to be possibly made many with game it.. and it’s why I’ve done what you asked.. but I hope this doesn’t continue as I’ve not seen a verification need mentioned anywhere and I don’t believe I’ve done anything wrong. Have I?
To answer what is hopefully your last question - no the image is not of me. It’s a free source image that I cropped and overlaid with an images of “cosmos” of the universe and then did multiple effects in photoshop to get a look I wanted. It’s my attempt at some sort of collage art that expresses the attitude I was wanting to convey in this blog. I made it over 6mths ago and to be honest I wasn’t sure what I intended to with this place.
So it’s my attempt at art that I ended up liking and think it conveys who I think “Ananke” is. By the second post I decided I would use this blog for self portrait experiments and therefore from there on they are all me.
I hope that answers your questions and that I can go back to just having fun. Because I won’t be sending you my bank account number 😉
