Lollipop Plant a.k.a Candle Flower

**Hello everyone, in this post I will show the beauty of Lollipop Plant and the contains that can cure diseases **

I took a picture of this plant when looking at the garden next to my house, a gorgeous plant with showy yellow flowers. The Lollipop plant (Botanical name: Pachystachys lutea ) is a sub-tropical species that produce small white flowers from a beautiful cone-shaped bract, golden or yellow in color.

In Indonesia, this plant also known as Candle Flowers because the flowers of this plant have shaped like a candle. This plant is not a picky plant, so it should fare well in most indoor settings. As long as the room temperature stays above 60 degrees, this plant can survive. This plant also has a long flowering season from spring until fall.

In addition to beautiful, this plant also has many benefits for health because of Lollipop plant has the same contains with guava. All part of this plant contains an alkaloid, Polyphenol, and Saponin which can help cure diarrhea, stomachache, and intestinal worms.

This time I will share a simple herbal recipe to cure some diseases :

Diarrhea: 1. 60 g fresh leaves of Lollipop plant are washed 2. boiled with 400 ml of water for 15 minutes and then filter 3. water is drunk all at once. Do a day 2-3 times.

Intestinal worms: 1. 20 g fresh root of Lollipop plant is washed 2. boiled with 1 glass of water for minutes and then filter 3. the water is taken twice a day, morning and afternoon.
