RULES FOR USE OF VILLAGE FUNDS

With the existence of the Constitution no. 6 of 2014, the central government gives full authority to the village to regulate and manage the interests of the village community based on the village origin rights or what is called the traditional rights of the local community, which is recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia ,

Village Funds, sourced from the State Budget of Revenues and Expenditures, are allocated for villages that are transferred through the District / City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and are used for village administration, village development, village community development and village community empowerment.

So the government expects all villagers to oversee the Village Fund that is disbursed every year in the village, in the implementation of village development or empowerment of the village community is not necessarily the authority or desire of the village head because every highest decision is taken in the village consultation forum.

We can conclude that, the implementation of village development, village community development and village community empowerment is not the decision of the village head but a joint decision of the village community.

So that the Ministry of Villages for the Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration issued a special regulation for the implementation of village meetings, the Minister of Forestry No. 2 of 2015 concerning the mechanism for the implementation of village meetings, the Government hoped that there would be no corruption in the village funds of DESAKU WITHOUT CORRUPTION
