Lolz, I didn't know what it was at first, then I looked a little harder and it is only because I watch tv I know what it is, over here in the UK we don't have them in the air like that.
they keep them below and have little metal flaps that the firemen can access with a key.

It's better for you guys to have it, the english government doesn't prepare and we end up coming to a stand still. after an inch or two busses stop, another inch and schools close as they are scared the kids and teachers cant get home.
another inch and airplanes stop and that everyone grounded.
People run to the shops and take all the bread and milk, the weather guy tells us to stay indoors as it is too cold and we can die. it is really quite funny.
Myself I carry on with my day to day life like you guys do.
dress for the weather and get on with it, people need to grow a set sometime hahaha
