Water and oil... they don't mix together. Oil stay on top while the water... well you know what happens. Add some heat to that mix, put some salt and blend it. What did you got? This "bubbles"! Cool, huh?! Now add the spaghetti before you faint of hunger! Don't your momma teach you to not play with food?!
