Energizing yourself!
I got lost in the blue of your... wait, I already wrote that...
Nothing like watching the sea to clean your mind. You see, thoughts are like waves, they come and go. Sometimes they come strong and destroy everything in their path and sometimes they are calm and quiet making you feel relax.
Cleaning our minds of all the crapiness is not an easy thing to do but is not impossible either. Surrounding yourself with nature can help you a lot when it comes to cleaning your brain from all the negativity. A healthy mind will make you feel stronger and happier, having bad negative thoughts is very tiring and will drain your energy. So instead of clinging to all the bad thoughts just get rid of 'em! Happy day y'all!
