These are two old shots, captured in my little bay still with our old Lumix camera.
Back on the days I used to REALLY over edit my shots. These are good examples of that.
But hey, zero regrets, I still like lots of them anyway.
On this first one the tide was high and the wind was low. The water almost looked like a mirror, just with some tiny little ripples on the surface.

Here the tide was obviously low. The boats were resting on the sand, like if they were having a nap before the next shift.
This was captured during a winter afternoon and the sky was really nasty and charged.
There wasn't much light, so the shot got a little bit too much noise on it for my taste.
As a total noob I tried to disguise that using the luminance tool in lightroom.
I used it so much that ended up with this surrealistic image, which I still love!
Sometimes bad things happen for a good reason...

“Life is like a camera. Focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t work out, take another shot.”- Author Unknown -
It's always fascinating how a really amazing final outcome is often the result of experimentation, or "overworking" a piece (photo, painting, etc.) to the point where it's almost surreal. I like both of them; quite artistic!
