I photographed these two deep in the Portuguese southern countryside.
They might look similar but they're two different little houses, semi-abandoned.
Semi-abandoned because there's still an old "warrior" living there, alternating between them whenever pleases him.
No matter the offers family might throw at him he simply refuses to move away.
Those damn roots...
