My Ant Sally

I've never seen ants gathering pollen before today. That is a bee thing to do.

Some have said that the bees have evolved from the ants. Some have said the ants have evolved from the bees.

I'm not sure which way it went, or if it went at all, but this behavior sure has my wheels turning.

Ants as pollinators, who would have thought?

    I was doing yardwork today and found a giant ant hill full of red ants. One of the little fuckers climbed on my leg and bit me and it’s been itching ever since. Good thing I had a sack of ant killer and could lay waste the entire colony.
