Nymphaeaceae - Water Lillies
These are found outside of a Houston restaurant that serves a very extensive Dim Sum menu. I wasn't aware that the menu was only in Chinese, so I ended up eating a lot of different things that I wouldn't have ordered had I known Chinese.
Sometimes it is better to just go into a situation blind, so as to leave preconceived notions at the door.

That surface is so thick somebody could actually do it
lol, the water is so gross you probably could! This was in front of a mall, and they probably had so many plants to help prevent some of the evaporation.
Def added to the feel of the place, though.
