Old & New! Symbiotic or Parasitic?
Older part of Kuala Lumpur 'Pudu' and its surroundings are clearly changing its skyline. Traditionally populated by Chinese is gradually invaded by foreign settlements and new developments. One such is TRX or Tun razak exchange with its 106 floor tower. This massive development mired by its association with 1MDB will soon tower over the whole area bringing in modern living amidst the Old. Question is whether the old will fade way, completely eaten up by TRX like a parasite or it can live together in harmony symbiotically.
One thing for sure, the good and affordable local chinese food will soon become expensive and covert to fusion cafes.
