Coffee, Snow, and Rain Down the Drain
Well, at least that's what I thought of when I saw this big meltdown.
This is some of the after-effects of Central New Jersey's recent tangle with both bombogenesis and thundersnow.
And it looks like more snow could be headed our way tomorrow! Spring please ....

That's the part of snow I hate. When everything starts melting and becomes a muddy mess. At least that first photo is all nice and perfectly white. It's pretty warm here in TN but they are predicting snow around the time the NE is suppose to get snow. I doubt it'll happen here though.
That looks like a spring snow, though -- so much warmer and quick to melt than a mid-winter snow. I hope you get to enjoy some spring -- and don't just jump from winter to summer! Happy hiking!
Wow is it still icy in New Jersey? In these parts it's completely sunny and dry. In fact it's pretty much already summer here.
Sky was very clear with blue and pure white clouds. White, brown & yellow woop....harsh..Nice shots @cognoscere.
At least snow is clean....spring is muddy....are you really ready for spring? lol....I am despite the mud and rain. I just am ready for a change.
