Tea. A delicious way to take care of yourself.

Hello friends, today I want to give you some information about a delicious and easy to prepare beverage; This drink is tea, it is usually prepared with inexpensive ingredients and easy to acquire, but they can significantly help maintain good health.

Most people make the mistake of associating tea with being sick, but actually taking at least one cup of tea a day can help keep our health in perfect condition; in an easy, cheap, fast and delicious way. In short, it does not only serve as a remedy, but also to prevent future unfavorable conditions for our health.

Tea is nothing more than an infusion of leaves, shells, seeds or buds that when passed through hot water all its benefits are obtained. Its flavor can be mild, a little astringent, fresh and very pleasant.

The consumption of tea can help us strengthen the immune system, prevent aging due to its high antioxidant content, improve memory and mental agility. It can also improve blood circulation and thus help reduce the risk of heart attack and ischemia, reduce inflammation and regulate appetite. Consuming tea helps fight stress and in some cases it can work as a tranquilizer since it contains L-theanine which is a substance related to calm and relaxation in humans.

There are many types and mixtures in the world to prepare tea, but there is no better way to prepare it than directly from the leaves, plants or fruits we want.

Given the theme of Tea I want to share with you one of my recipes for this delicious drink.

Orange shell tea with malojillo.

Ingredients:
1 cup of water.
1/2 Tablespoon of malojillo leaves.
1/2 Tablespoon dried orange shell leaves.
1/2 lemon juice
1 Envelope of sweetener if it's your taste.
1 Slice of lemon to decorate.

Preparation:

1)Boil the water and remove from the heat, place the molojillo and leave the orange for a couple of minutes.
2)With the help of a sieve, pass the preparation to take out the leaves to a cup.
3)Squeeze the lemon in our preparation and sweeten.
4)Cut the lemon slice on one end and fit on the side of the cup to decorate.
