I like to use colour splash in my photography to focus on a subject and display some other, sometimes lost detail.
We went on a family hike yesterday to a place called Cromford Canal which is 6 miles away from our house. It was an unseasonably warm20c but autumn was well underway.
I hope you enjoy this collection of pics.

Hawthorn berries are always a welcomed site for our feathered friends in autumn
A leaf clinging onto the warm weather
Leaves on the steps
Getting some fresh country air
This pic was too beautiful to edit so I just left it alone!

Looks like a pretty location to film a video... outdoors is the best for kids (and ADULTS) AND nice autumn moody pics
It is a beautiful spot.
I have a new Interface coming to me soon so I'll have to get down there and record an acoustic video.
Love the editing. The way the fruits color in the midst of grey trees is highly philosophical
Thanks for the compliment!
Autumn hails some truly amazing hues of colour and textures, rarely seen in other seasons.
