Leprous Leaf in the Forest

Good afternoon everyone, how your day so far? Hopeful fine. I'm showing you some of the photography of a leaf look like leprosy, when I first saw it I was like what is that coz it was at distance am saw it I moved closer to it on getting near I don't like the look at all, i look through the stem of this small tree the stem was smoothy noting like one you see on it leaf, so surprised I had no idea what happened, I looked around perhaps I might see another one but only this leprosy tree hehe I gave it name myself since I don't know what is called. I judge book by its over this time around hehehe.. more photos are right here below:
