We have begun to pop a few here in the Washington, DC area. Protected by the Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay, it is in a banana belt of sorts. We don't get that much weather in the winter which is fine by me!! (this comes from a former New Englander!) LOL

Although, there are days that I miss the snow!
