Weird but awesome plant rooting from the leaves!

I found this weird but beautiful plant in a farm a long time ago. Recently it has been raining very hard down here and this morning while cleaning the garden a bit I saw she had rooted from the leaves! 

I wonder if anyone can help me identify it?
