Yes we have those here too. Santas in winter, Bunnies in spring. Glitter and all kinds of colourful pain on the leaves too.
Terrible. I dunno if you can remove it. Probably yes. But the plant will probably damaged. With the paint on it will probably die.
Do not buy it - do not give your money to people that do it.
