The Singapore Skyway
The deceptively sturdy looking OCBC skyway in Singapore, that looks like its secured very firmly to the super trees but in reality is mostly suspended by cables from above and is there for rather wobbly and provides you with a knee-wobbling experience of pure terror should you have a weakness for heights.
Despite the terror up there, it does afford lovely views of the local area and the rest of Singapore. Unfortunately I took this shot while it was raining.. it didn't affect the quality of the shot, but it prevented us from going up the skyway. It turns out its one of those attractions that is only open in good weather conditions so you are never really guaranteed to be able to go up there. Its understandable though considering all the lightning at the time.

Awesome photo - I definitely would not want to be walking around up there in rain and lightning - sure fire way to get a quick spikey haircut.

indeed.. as it happens they don't permit you up there in bad weather.

not really :) the view is wonderful, but the walkway does sway a bit so that does get daunting :)
I'm finished traveling but if I wasn't this is one place I would like to see. Thanks for sharing.
maybe one day you will change your mind and go travelling again. This place is worth the visit! :)
