My coocking specialities

I like sweet food and that's why most of the time when i am coocking i cook something like chocolate dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn, Palatschinken and similar food. When i come home from work at the evening i don't cook every day, but when i cook something most of the time it is either sweet or something pretty fast like a soup or meat or fish. For most of the dishes i can use my Thermomix and speed up the process. Especially for soups it is brillian you only need to put in the vegetables and mix them then you add some water and cream and start coocking after only a few minutes the soup is ready.

Also for creating beaten egg white for the "Kaiserschmarrn" the Thermomix is really practical. Insert the egg white and some minutes later you are ready to use it.
