The first day of sales of the iPhone X around

in #photography7 years ago

Yesterday, the iPhone X finally went on sale - and around the world Apple fans lined up in order to be among the first to get the coveted novelty. Some had to spend a few days before the store.

Business Insider collected photos of the first day of sales in different countries - from America to Russia.

  • In Hong Kong, dedicated fans of Apple are waiting shoulder to shoulder for the opening of the store.

  • And in London, before the Apple Store, barely got a dozen people. It seems that there is no excitement, but ...

  • ... in fact, according to the decree of the city authorities, the turn of more than 200 people is located just around the corner.

  • In Tokyo, too, there was a whole pandemonium.

  • In Berlin, there are not so many people, but all prudently took camp chairs with them.

  • Where there was a real stir, so it's in New York, on the famous Fifth Avenue.

  • The staff of this store personally welcomed all the first customers.

  • Another shot from London. A young man named Adam, who was the very first in the queue, said that he was waiting for the store since Tuesday. In fact, he wanted to take his place even earlier - on Sunday, but saw that there was no one, and decided to come back later.

  • The most advanced fans were equipped to the full: sleeping bags, camp chairs, food supplies and even tents.

  • Of course, such crowding attracted the media - here and there photographers and cameramen went.

  • In Singapore, all too prepared very thoroughly.

  • Most shops opened the doors at exactly eight in the morning.

  • The staff applauded and gladly welcomed the customers as if they were running a marathon, and the finish line was located right in the Apple Store.

  • Adam, who was at the beginning of the line, got lost somewhere - and in London the first buyer was eventually Marco Pierre White-Jr., the son of a famous British chef.

  • "Only 1,000 pounds, dude! I'll take two! "- enthusiastically shouted Marco correspondent Business Insider.

  • It's unclear how much the iPhone X was brought to the stores. So many, having defended the giant lines, could stay empty-handed.

  • And here is Moscow. Here, too, buy several iPhones at once.

  • Ahmed Ali became one of the first owners of the iPhone X in Bahrain.

  • And in Hong Kong, resellers began selling smartphones right on the street, barely getting out of the Apple Store.
