New Orleans has a unique atmosphere. In this magical city you can hear jazz on every corner.
The symbol of the musical city are trams, which add incredible charm and are strongly associated with this city. The Americans, over half a century ago, got rid of trams, which in the first half of the twentieth century formed the basis of public transport in those cities.
Cities in which there are trams create very sentimental moods, rich in old memories.

Hey Greg, I've never gotten too excited about traveling around my own country, but New Orleans is one place that's been on my radar for a long time. It really has a special culture all of it's own and you know I'm a fan of culture. Are you and Margaret Traveling in the states now?

Hi Greg! I loved New Orleans too and you are spot on with the trams. They add such a nostalgic piece of days gone by to any city. Sadly there are few cities that have any left.
The jazz beat is everywhere and you cannot go anywhere without the bluesy sound following you close behind. It adds to the charm. It is a unique and charming city and I have been there many times and always look forward to another turn at it.
