📷 Color Challenge - Green Canopy Thursday

Hello my friends,

In the forest you loose your marks and pay attention to unsignificant details.

On this picture I wanted to show the perfect alignment of trees, causing the gap between tree lines to look oddly regular.

"Mother Nature is the best designer"

Alignment trees

In fact this not random at all, since those trees were spread in lines by humans, allowing them to get enough space to grow.

Explaination :

When hiking through the woods in the mountains you usually find such repartition of trees. The forest industry creates the rows to maximize growth of the trees and to get maximum efficiency.

When trees reach a 45 meters height, their diameter is measured in order to calibrate trees. The largest ones get used for specific applications requiring huge diameter. The other ones are used for standard applications in woodcutteries.

Anyway, I like geometry in Nature, even if it's not purely natural. :p

What about you ?

Upvotes, comments, follows and resteems would be welcome.
