As the new school year approaches, children need new uniforms and educational tools such as bags, books, pencils and shoes. The livelihood of the people of Aceh who are still in poverty line must struggle to meet the needs of their lives. The face of poverty full of hope change.

Children as the successor regeneration of the hope of the nation, from an early age needs attention to improve the quality of education according to the level of strata that passes. Knowledge science is the basic capital to change the behavior and social status life that is useful for the nation, religion and family.

Chambers (2006), argues that the notion of poverty depends on who asks, how it is understood and who responds. This perspective classifies the meaning of poverty into several groups. From one of these groups interpret poverty with a broad concept, including multidimensional deficiencies. It further explained that poverty depicts twelve dimensions, one with the other being related and related. The twelve dimensions consist of: (1) education / ability dimension, (2) institution dimension and access, (3) dimension of time, (4) season dimension, (5) residence / location dimension, (6) , (7) the dimensions of social incapacity, (10) the dimensions of the law, (11) dimensions of political power, and (12) the dimensions of information. Various studies reduce the dimension, so the concept of poverty is defined as narrower, vulnerable, marginalized, lacking or having minimal access, such as education, law, and other resources. Another indicator developed by the United Nations through the Physical Quality of Life Index (PQLI), that poverty is a lack of 80% need to meet welfare, the remaining 10-20% is the absolute poverty line (Jain & Khanna, 2009).
