Dancing with Eagles

Movement Matters: Finding ways to move through Winter with Joy include being open to finding surprise and delight in our environments. That is easy for us here in the Pacific North West, as our lives border the ocean. We have a constant paradise here where the skyline boasts the nexus of land and sea. We are resplendent with wild life as our cities include intentional green spaces, plentiful parks and trailed forests.

Out for a walk with a dear one, I hung back in order to catch the Witnessing Eagle in the frame, when suddenly, she breaks out in a wild Wilson Picket "Land of a Thousand Dances". She let her backbone slip. Nah, na na na nah, na na na nah!

I feared the Eagle would swiftly flea the scene, but it appeared to be enthralled, as it stayed close and watchful. An audience for her movement.
