Nice topic!
No doubt how much inequality we have in the world and it is sad but that has been the case for centuries, not even in the village but inequality in careers as well. I always believe it is not far on some jobs that requires lots of human labour getting low salary or wages and the man with some form of education gets the chuck of the cake.
