BW Inspirations - Bay The Mist #224
The fog from a distance can really change a black and white photo. The background looks lighter but lacks details as its distant however it pops as the light is bouncing off the fog. When its rolling out or rolling in that can really be a sight to see. Some times it gets so foggy here you can't see whats right in front of your face and the acoustic's can really play tricks on your hearing. When the fog rolls over you and leaves the air under clear (for a short while) that really plays tricks on a camera!
This place is abandoned and left for dead more or less taken at Bodega Bay California and if you haven't been I would say visit it at least once. It's a much relaxed and slower moving place that has a lot of sites to see all around. You can hear the distant fog horns and bells every once in a while but if you live here you get so used of it that you don't even notice it anymore. I hope you enjoy this Back and White photo art I have created and may it give you inspiration!
