West 35's Haven Cafe pasta option priced at Php 198.
Generous serving, nicely cooked pasta, fresh tomatoes, cold and nice ambiance. I definitely recommend that if you order this, you have someone to share it with. I almost couldn't finish mine but it was super delish I let myself rest and dug into it again.
Haven Cafe is an in-house restaurant of West 35 located 35 kilometers from the Cebu City proper, thus its name. It is nestled atop a mountain. It has a viewing deck at the second and third floor of the building. With its location, the weather is obviously colder and cozier compared in Cebu City.
