Sometimes one shot is all it takes to show the world your life.
You should look into @photocontests and start tagging your photos with their tags so you can get some credit and exposure through that. It's not really worth the upvote amount (which is seriously less than a cent even after you get through the 15 photos you have to post to get to tier 1) but it will surface your photos where people can find them. :)
