Picture Stories #235 - Cake Mania
It seems to be birthday season, as I've had the opportunity to devour lots of delicious, gorgeous, delectable cakes for various birthdays that were celebrated recently. While some people tend to have favorite cakes and don't often like eating anything else, I like gulping down all varieties of cakes. And although I'd prefer a chocolate cake over a vanilla cake, I'd not mind having an entirely new or even absurd flavor as long as it's palatable. The below are pictures of a two cakes, and although they look similar they were interestingly different in state and I enjoyed both.
I think nothing can beat a nicely made chocolate cake, especially with some oozing hot chocolate to top it up, but one should not restrict oneself to certain flavors. I've had cakes with fruit, with icing, egg-less cakes and all new and different types, but thankfully all of them have been good and tasty. Although I like to maintain a balanced diet with less sugary treats, when the cake mania takes over, it becomes hard to restrict myself from munching on them.
