Any Venezuelan who sees this photo will feel identified with it, because this food is practically a tradition for us, it is a delight, an art that together with arepa and empanada are equivalent to a breakfast or dinner in Venezuela.
These are also used as a snack or paspalos in meetings or parties.
They are basically stuffed tortillas made with wheat flour, which can be fried or baked.
Simply exquisite !.
