The City Center, meeting point of anarchy and pollution.
The place where most of the economic activity is concentrated in most of the countries of America is usually known as the City Center.
The number of people and cars that circulate through this site is very large, so it is easy to find all kinds of problems. One of them is pollution: visual, auditory and can not miss the one caused by the CO2 produced by cars and more by cars in poor condition, lack of maintenance and without environmental protection systems. In these photographs you can see and feel the anarchy that reigns in the Center of the City.
However, most of the municipalities have their normative regulation for a good coexistence in these sites, but it is well known that they are not fully met due to the lack of authority and the application of sanctions to offenders.
It remains for the authorities to keep this convergence site in good condition for the welfare of users and their inhabitants.

The chaos of so many people in one place, a city disaster .....
Its interesting I view Cities as big pens, all the entertainment is there, bars, restaurants to keep people there. Big tower blocks that look like prison bars and keep us from seeing Nature. As above so below.
