Painting in Sala del Maggior Consiglio from the Palazzo Ducale HD (5312x2988)

The context is that in the left is Venice wining the war to the rest of Europe, symbolised by the coat of arms in the shield, at least is what i remembered. Sorry for not including the name of the author but i couldn't find anything related to this painting online, maybe my google fu isn't strong enough, i only include what i remember from the trip advisor, nontheless enjoy :)
