Autumn Colours

in #photography5 years ago (edited)

Within the last week or so all the birch trees have turned completely yellow. This was probably the result of the sudden cooling of the weather. It sleeted last night. The ground was too warm for the sleet not to melt but a little bit of sleet fell from the sky before noon today. Without further ado, I'll post half a dozen pictures I took today.

Those pictures are great. Autumn has always been my favorite season. The temperature is just about right and the turning leaves make it look so nice. Perfect for a walk in the countryside.

Thanks. As an amateur photographer I prefer autumn. As a human being, I prefer summer. We don’t usually have the kind of high summer temperatures typical of the interior of North America including the southern parts of Canada. The darkness of winter and late autumn is something I dislike about this place.
