Exercises is one of the most vital thing in human life ... If there is an activity that I love most .. then it is exercise.
Today, our Instructor[the Lady with her head on the ground] she is very friendly and of course knows the best way to get you rid of stress and keep you feet in morning exercise.
If you must be healthy .. then you must be going to morning exercises and or jogging no matter how little!
It brings unity and love and as well it is a therapy .. It boosts immune system which makes your body a fighter of diseases and infections
