Ingredients:

500 g flour,
200 g butter,
60 g sugar,
25 cl milk,
02 teaspoon yeast baker,
01 teaspoon salt.

Preparation :

Mix the yeast with a little warm milk.
Mix the flour, sugar and salt, add the milk and mix well.
Spread the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work surface.
Cut thin slices in the cold butter and arrange them on the whole surface of the dough.
Fold the dough on itself in three folds.
Place the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Then take it out, spread it out again and fold it in three.
Put back in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough very finely on your worktop.
Cut out triangles of the desired size and roll them ending with the tip.
Arrange your croissants on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let them grow for one hour at room temperature.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
