Military Music Show at the Royal Opera House in Muscat was a treat over the weekend ๐๐๐
The Military Music Show is held in Muscat city once a year for 3 days and is the most awaited show. It is a spectacular Military music concert where bands from various Government services together put up a show. The flawless Military parades and the Music, the trumpets, the Drumming, Bagpipes everything is a delight to watch. There is a Global representation also in the event, though not at a very large scale, since the focus is more on the internal performances. This year it was Poland, Scotland and China who represented at the event.
The whole event was extravagant, so colorful and charming. I have been missing the event since last 2 years and this year I made it a point that I will visit as I had heard lot of good things about the show and nevertheless it was more than my expectations.
Let me share some of the pictures of the event with you all to see how beautiful all the performances were put up. I am always in awe of the Military marches and shows, there is so much of discipline and pageantry, the precision with which the performances are put up, the stunning formations of each band everything together is something worth to admire.
This performance was of combined pipes and drums with traditional Omani and Scottish tunes.
This one is a folk dance ensemble from Poland.

I've been to a simular event with military music shows and it's incredible.
But I never seen it quite like this AND in a place like here ๐ this is just majestic and wow... That must have been a wonderful experience.

The show was truly spectacular. I had seen a Military musical show in London some years back but it was not as colorful as this one. We had a wonderful evening
