Ghewar ๐
Ghewar is a North Indian sweet. It is circular shape, made with all purpose flour and dipped in sugar syrup. It can be of different varieties like simple ghewar, mawa ghewar,malai ghewar.
About photos are of malai ghewar.
Main ingredients of ghewar are- Flour, ghee, kewra, milk, butter, sugar, almonds, pistachio.
Mainly it is a sweet dish of Rajasthan and Haryana but it is also famous in adjoining states like Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat etc.
In January it is made of Makkar sakrantee, in March-April for Gangaur and in July-August for teej festival(according to Wikipedia)

Mostly we makes halwa of carrot but in winter season
And ghewar never try it
But itโs looking delicious iโll Check it out here in Dubai if I can get sure iโll Try
Ohh we also make carrot halwa in winters .. nd sujje ka halwa .. home made panjeeri of wheat .. these all are so delicious ..
It u didn't tried ghewar .. once try malae or mavva ghewar ..
